History Heroes - Scientists
Get ready to meet 40 great scientists in this enlightening and engaging history quiz card game.
From Marie Curie to Barbara McClintock, each individual card introduces a different scientist who has changed our world with their work. Each card is beautifully illustrated and provides dates, flag of birthplace and seven gripping facts (including a Joker Fact to surprise and/ or entertain).
Our Scientist Heroes start with first century BCE scientists, who introduced scientific concepts that we still rely on today: Archimedes and Aristotle. The game includes scientists from across the centuries to the present day: Copernicus, Galileo, Sir Isaac Newton, Robert Boyle and Bunsen. On past the likes of Huxley, Jenner, Darwin and Curie and on to our twentieth and twenty first century heroes, such as Rontgen, Rutherford, Joliot-Curie, Hodgkin, Franklin and Hawking.

How to play
The aim of this game is simple: win cards by guessing the person /knowing the facts. You can also use the images as clues and you can utilise the different levels of facts (colour coded) to vary difficulty level.
This allows people to play on varying levels within the same game so different ages and stages can be accommodated. Green facts are the easiest, orange are medium and red facts are most difficult.
The joker fact at the bottom of the card can also be use to devastate your opponents!
