Get ready to meet 40 of the most famous artists in art history in this enlightening and engaging history quiz card game.
Each illustrated card introduces a different artist and is packed with facts. From 15th century Botticelli and Artemesia Gentileschi to today’s Yayoi Kusama and David Hockney. Read and enjoy all the facts and try to win the cards by guessing who the famous artist is from the facts read out on the cards. Do you know which artist is a great fan of Walt Disney and who changed their name at least 30 times during their lifetime? Do you know how Impressionism got its name? If you know the answers, you can win the cards. If not, enjoy learning something new.
How to play
The aim of this game is simple: win cards by guessing the person /knowing the facts. You can also use the images as clues and you can use the different levels of facts (colour coded) to vary difficulty level.
This allows people to play on varying levels within the same game so different ages and stages can be accommodated. Green facts are the easiest, orange are medium and red facts are most difficult.
The joker fact at the bottom of the card can also be use to devastate your opponents!
