For every Our Generation doll, outfit or accessory bought, a portion of sales goes to Free The Children's Power of a Girl Initiative which helps provide girls in developing countries with an education. Manufacturer recommends for children age 3 years + Please note doll featured in image is not included.

Standard UK Delivery

Our Standard UK delivery charge is £3.50. All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday (not including bank holidays).

Delivery lead time is normally 2 - 3 days via Royal Mail but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive, especially during the busiest periods. 

If your product hasn't arrived after 7 working days please get in touch and we will investigate.

Exceptions

Please note there are exceptions to our Standard Delivery terms applying to the farthest reaches of the UK, being the offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland.
