The Crew - The Quest For Planet Nine
Astronauts wanted! Scientists say there is a mysterious ninth planet located at the edge of our solar system. But despite all of their efforts, so far they have been unable to provide substantial evidence of its existence.
Join this cosmic space adventure to find out if the theories are just science fiction or if you will discover Planet Nine.
This new exciting offering from Thames and Kosmos is a co-operative trick taking game. Astronauts (players) need to complete the 50 different missions as they travel across the solar system. Players will only succeed if they work together as a team. If you are looking for a way to encourage siblings to communicate and get along together, you might have just found it.
This is a game designed for children aged 10 years and older. The standard game is for 3 - 5 players (however a 2 player variant is also included). Play time is on average 20 minutes (but can be longer for enthusiasts with more time). As there are many different missions to undertake, this games works well played in stages, with players returning to continue the quest.
We find The Crew a good challenge for young players (who have experience of other trick taking games) whilst still being great entertainment for teenagers and adults.
